From the reviews

Absolutely life-changing experience! Julio was very attentive and used a bunch of different techniques, including cupping and hot stones, which made such a difference. He really took his time working on the areas that needed it most, and the pain in my shoulders and neck is completely gone.

Julio was so professional and so good! He started off by seeking to understand my problem areas. Then was able to easily pinpoint my knots. He made sure to warm the area up before going deep. Then used a combination of cupping and deep tissue to work out the area.

I found him by chance and I’ve had dozens of massage therapists in my life due to my scoliosis and he is AMAZING! He does hope stones and cupping and I feel amazing when I’m done. This is my new favorite for massage therapy. ☺️

I had an incredible experience here. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and genuinely relaxing from the moment I walked in. The massage itself was one of the best I’ve had — very professional, attentive, and perfectly tailored to what my body needed. You can tell there is real knowledge and care behind the work.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
