From the reviews
This place was great. I had a neck lift 10 years ago and it was still uncomfortable for me. I had tried other options to alleviate the discomfort but nothing worked. A plated surgeon suggested dry needling. I called around to find some one who does dry needling as I was not familiar with this treatment.
CSC has amazing staff. Everyone is very nice, attentive, and professional. They worked with my insurance company and took care of all the misunderstandings. And most important, the treatment I had received for my foot pain was super effective.
I've had a great experience with the staff in the West Lehi office. They are knowledgeable and encouraging. Tayler put together a program that progressed over the course of a couple months for cardiac rehab.
Because of an old injury I had to have my knee replaced. I was very worried about losing mobility and pain. I spent the last 3 months at CSC doing physical therapy. I have no pain, I have no mobility issues and my knee is stronger than it has been in years!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
