From the reviews

Jori is great! She has addressed health concerns other doctors dismissed or overlooked. I like that I am heard and I can ask questions that I have without feeling like a dummy, and if Jori doesn't know the answer she will look into it and follow up.

Everyone was super kind and sweet. Jori took me step by step and explained everything to me. I’m currently on my better health journey, and I really appreciate being told a plan to get me started and which direction we’d be taking it. I’m excited for my next appointment!!!

CMR has been a true blessing for me! Everyone in this office is the best!! Jori has such incredible knowledge and really dives deep to get to the source of what’s going on! Cannot say enough good things about her and this entire office!

Highly recommended CMR for anyone looking for answers to symptoms your PCP just brushes away. Kelsey has been an amazing healthcare provider and most importantly very informative/helpful. I’ll be returning here for continued care.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
