From the reviews
Kate is hands down the best massage therapist! She listens to what needs fixed and then she sends you to la la land! I’ve gone to her for 4 years and I look forward each month for my massage day! She’s amazing!
Best massage I've experienced, truly. Kate took the time to get to know my areas of pain and really worked out so much of my tension! Loved the experience through and through
Kate is AMAZING!!! Within one session she had my pain under control. If you are someone that deals with chronic pain, she's your gal!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Clay Co Massage Therapy!!!! Kate is absolutely the best masseuse I have ever had. I have known Kate for three years and I have had many many many massages over the past 20 years Including ones in Hawaii and Puerto Vallarta and nothing compares to her talent!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
