I just had my intake session, and I’m excited for my upcoming appointments. I was with Alyssa and I was impressed with the level of care and communication she provided throughout the session. I also enjoyed how we created a care plan together.
Tammy was really great and gentle with her hands. I have bad SI JOINTS and she made sure not to cause me more pain by placing wedges under me to take pressure off my back. I will recommend you guys to others.

I've enjoyed coming here for awhile now. Chi Spa and Deborah are amazing!!! Atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is so very friendly! I go in stressed to the max and leave just as relaxed as can be! And with my issues, that's saying a lot!!! I would not want to go anywhere else!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
