From the reviews

I’ve had many great massage therapists over the years, but Catia’s attention to detail and genuine charm were truly unmatched. We began with a thoughtful intake, discussing my pain points and treatment goals, which immediately made me feel heard and cared for.

As I expected, this page has 5 stars! I’ve been getting massages for 8 years and I can confidently say that I’ve finally found the best. Catia is the best. I did not expect her to have the strength that she has! Especially when massaging sideways for a prenatal massage.

★★★★★ — Gabriella, Jul 2024

This was definitely the best massage we ever had. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary together and as part of our celebration we were traveling on vacation from out of town and booked a couples massage after a long, exhausting flight. It was exactly what we needed to get our trip started on the right foot.

★★★★★ — Aline, Dec 2025

I’ve been seeing Catia for deep tissue massages for a while now, and I can honestly say she’s hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to—no exaggeration. I work long hours, often hunched over a desk or dealing with physical strain, and Catia has been an absolute game-changer.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
