What clients say about the cupping here
“Chad Daley is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, consistent and intuitive massage therapist I’ve ever been to.”
From the reviews
Chad is awesome! I've been a client of his for several years now. I had a bulging disk in my neck that required surgery. I had a few deep tissue and cupping sessions with Chad that relieved so much of my pain that I was able to cancel the surgery!
Chad is an absolute life saver. I found him a few years ago based off the great reviews he had at his old place, and I've been hooked ever since! His deep tissues massages have been the only successful treatment I have found to combat my otherwise debilitating sciatica flare-ups - and I have tried EVERYTHING.
Chad Daley is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, consistent and intuitive massage therapist I’ve ever been to. He listens well to his clients and adjusts his therapy to meet their needs.
Chad is the best massage therapist I’ve been to. He’s great at reading the body and working out knotted muscles and sore, stiff areas. My chronic pain has tremendously improved since I began seeing Chad a couple of years ago. I’ve been seeing him regularly since and I can feel an improvement in my quality of life.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
