I needed a really good sports massage and I love hot stones, so Chaba is the first place I think of. I've been going here for years, and I love the new location that they're in. The buildout was done very well. The lighting, general atmosphere is so calming, soothing, and relaxing. My therapist Kelly was wonderful.
This was my first visit here but I will be back! I went with a work group of 9 co-workers after some meetings/work. They accommodated all 9 of us at the same time! (a Wednesday early afternoon) That made it super convenient to be able to go all at the same time.
I've been a long-time client of CHABA! I've followed them from the previous location to this new one. The parking is so much easier and the new setup looks great. The customer service is always so friendly and helpful when trying to book over the phone. I've had Combination massages done by Cindy, Molly, and Nikki.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
