Why Center for Relaxation and Healing is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “our team of licensed massage therapists and an experienced acupuncturist continue that tradition. With decades of combined experience, we offer a range of specialized services including massage therapy, acupuncture, and cupping. Each…” source →

From the reviews
My husband booked me a massage at this hidden gem. Tucked inside the Chatham Club second floor, Center for Relaxation and Healing was a wonderful little treat for mommy’s. I came out feeling refreshed. I fell asleep during my massage! The hour massage was so relaxing!
I have been going to Center for Relaxation and Healing for many years, and have seen several therapists. They are all fantastic and true experts at their craft. My aunt is a former therapist and this is the only place that she will go when she wants a massage. I always feel like a new person after my appointments!
I had an extremely relaxing and therapeutic massage this morning from Renny I’m a bit sore tonight, in a good way. I feel like I’ll be as good a new in the morning Open 7 days a week? What more can you ask for
Clean, professional, warm and calm environment. Heather Mussum and Heather Garland, two massage therapists that I have made appointments with, are exceptional for the deep tissue massage that I request.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
