This place is an absolute 10/10 every single time I go. The space is clean, calming, and immediately puts you at ease the moment you walk in. My therapist, Peter, is incredible—intuitive, attentive, and truly skilled at what he does. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably better in my body.
My therapist was Linda. She was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable immediately. She explained instructions and details of the service thoroughly. I also came specifically for sciatica pain I was experiencing in my pregnancy and she helped alleviate some of that pain. Thank you.
Jessy the masseuse was very intuitive with her task and made sure to asses the issue with her knowledge and experience. Peter as well was very courteous overall couldn't have asked for a better experience I hardly ever rate anything10/10 but this was truly a 10/10 experience.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
