From the reviews

Brad is an excellent therapist. He exceeded my expectations for not only deep tissue massage and cupping, which I had never had before and now totally understand and will do again, but also myofascial release. I truly can not say enough about how excited I am to have found his services. I highly recommend Brad.

I hadn’t had a massage in almost 10 years, but before that I went pretty regularly, and no one has ever been able to release my muscle tension as effectively as Brad did, especially in just a 60-minute session. I’ve also never experienced an emotional release during a massage before.

I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Brad used just enough pressure. My neck isn't as stiff as it was before. I plan on going back and will refer others to him. I had another massage with Brad today. I've been having alot of problems with pain in my neck. Brad released the pressure and now I can turn my neck.

I received a massage from Brad, and I am so happy with the results! I had some intense knots in my shoulders that had been bothering me for weeks, and after just a 30-minute session, Brad worked his magic and completely relieved the tension.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
