From the reviews
I look forward to my bi-weekly massages with Brandon! His attention to detail is fantastic! As an Athlete myself, there are usually places I don’t even know that are holding tension until he finds those spots and quickly corrects them.
Schedule an appointment right now. Brandon is exceptional in his craft. From his intake, to his techniques during the service, to the outtake, your time spent with him will have a purpose and measurable outcomes. And he's great at accomodating my chatting or silence during a session.
This was my first visit, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had a great experience. Brandon is incredibly professional and kind. He takes the time to ask about your preferences and focuses on the areas you have concerns about while taking extra care to explain things.
My massage with Brandon was exactly what I needed. He listened to what my concerns were and adjusted his pressure perfectly when needed. I had been struggling with lower back pain and the next day my back feels better than it has in months. So grateful! Highly recommend!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
