From the reviews
I had an incredible full-body massage with Nina! She was thoughtful, attentive, and tailored the experience perfectly to my needs. I requested deep pressure to work out the knots in my back, and she delivered with precision and skill. I felt so much relief afterward!
I’ve had three massages at their Boise location. Of the three, Jennifer was my absolute FAVORITE masseur. I found myself drifting off to sleep a few times while getting massaged. I like a more firm approach and she was firm but not too firm where it hurt.
First visit today and had a great massage with Nina. Nina does a great deep therapeutic massage, the pressure was just right. Nina worked on the areas mentioned that I was tight or fatigued. The facility was comfortable- clean, and welcoming staff!
Jennifer was incredible! She was very friendly, fun, knowledgable, and customized the massage to fit my needs. She found the root cause for pain/tension and found all the areas I didn't know needed to be worked on. I felt very comfortable, and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
