From the reviews
I’ve been seeing Hayley on and off for years now for acupuncture, cupping, and therapeutic massage. Prior to working with Hayley I had only ever been to community acupuncture (which is an accessible and much-needed service) but the scope of what they can do is limited to the front of your body and to arms/legs/head.
I visited Body Craft Wellness for acute injuries after a car accident. Hayley’s bodywork was a key component in my healing. Her mix of acupuncture, massage, and cupping helped heal up my back and ear. She also gave great guidance around food/herbs/breathwork. Calm and welcoming space. I highly recommend!
Haley is a gifted Eastern practitioner. I got for accupunture, cupping and herbal healing treatments. I trust her knowledge and she has helped immensely with managing my body which does not get enough movement. She accepts patients on OHP and other insurance.
I am very lucky to be in Hayley’s care. Her knowledge, clinical and listening skills are unmatched! She asks great questions before and post treatment to decide the best treatment options. She is always fully present and focused during the treatment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
