We just had the best Valentine's Day ever! My husband surprised me with a couples massage package and I'm still in heaven. Thank you Holly, your place is beautiful, the massages are great and the Eden is wonderful. We'll be back.
Soothing atmosphere and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Reflexology with Holly is amazing! I go several times a year to help relieve the stress in my body. Holly hits all the reflex points on my hands, feet, neck, and head and during each session, my back cracks on its own because she has relieved the tension in my…
Had our second couples massage today, definitely a great experience. We will definitely continue to come back to get treatments, we feel so relaxed the rest of the day. Thank you so much
My bridal party and I came here for massages the day before my ceremony. We loved it! One of my bridesmaids said it was "the only good massage I've ever had." As for me, my new husband is a former massage therapist (thus I am tough to please)...my service was also great!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
