From the reviews
Christine is AMAZING! I started seeing her recently to help support my pregnancy as well as with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (from pregnancy) and even after just a few sessions I feel SO much better, calmer more balanced and my CT symptoms have significantly improved!
I was referred to Christine by my therapist and have been seeing her for a few months to treat anxiety, digestive symptoms, and autoimmune diseases (PANS/Lyme) and have seen such an improvement in my mental and physical health.
Working with Christine has been wonderful and impactful. She has helped me more in 9 months with gut health issues and stomach pain than multiple GI specialists have in many years.
Christine has really helped me with anxiety, insomnia, and some other mental health problems. I was skeptical at first but I’m so happy I tried this. I truly feel more grounded and at ease. Christine is a great listener and really puts forth a genuine effort to help her patients, no matter what they are dealing with.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
