From the reviews
…After weeks of intensive acupuncture, cupping and massage my pain began to dislodge, and after two months the pain was demonstrably reduced. Now its 4 months and I have full range of motion, we've entered the maintenance phase and i only experience minimal, periodic discomfort. Do yourself a favor, go see Erin.
I’ve been seeing Erin for several years to help manage chronic pain and muscle weakness due to some auto-immune issues. Erin is a fantastic holistic coach that offers me a natural solution for chronic pain management. Her approach is always professional, caring and very skilled.
I found my way to Erin looking for alternative ways to treat my anxiety and depression, and manage my hormone levels following the removal of my last ovary. Erin is kind, thorough, and keen to remembering the littlest details- something you rarely see in healthcare anymore.
Erin is so kind and listens carefully to me at each visit. I always feel relaxed and comfortable when I am here. My shoulder issue is improving and I really appreciate the expert care she gives. The entire staff is fabulous! Thank you for the wonderful care ❤️
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
