From the reviews
Lalie is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had. She always knows EXACTLY what my body needs and delivers EVERY TIME. I always walk out feeling like a new woman. Not to mention, I look forward to seeing her in general! She has the sweetest soul - who wouldn't want to see her?!
Bethany is absolutely wonderful at what she does. I’ve seen several massage therapists and by far, she is the best. I’ve received regular massages through both my pregnancies and thanks to Bethany, I’ve been as pain free as possible. It’s clear she has extensive knowledge of the body and a true passion for healing.
I have been seeing Bethany since she was in massage school. From the beginning I've been impressed by her strength and knowledge. I just saw her again on Friday 1-8-16 and I feel so much better. I had injured my back the weekend before and had seen my chiropractor but needed the massage to really relieve the pain.
Just had my second appointment with Lalie and I need to share how incredible she is! I've had scoliosis since I was a child so I've been to multiple massage therapists for over 20 years and she is hands down the best I've ever had! The first appointment she worked on my legs and I was able to run faster the next day.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
