From the reviews

As a Licensed Massage Therapist with 17 years of experience, I am very selective about my own care. After pulling my back yesterday and being in acute pain, I saw Steve for the first time today. I was thoroughly impressed by his clinical knowledge and technical application of therapeutic clinical therapy.

Just had my first session with Steve. I recently suffered a severe shoulder dislocation and was needing specific help with mobility and opening the shoulder back up.. Steve is obviously extremely knowledgeable and leans on his lifetime of experience as a Physical Therapist.

★★★★★ — Jeremiah, Mar 2026

I have been lucky enough to be seeing Steve for almost a year! I had horrendous back pain and was in physical therapy after a MRI. One visit with Steve and the pain was gone!! Routine follow ups have been keeping me moving and I could not be more grateful.

I have been seeing Steve for several years. He is a fantastic therapist, using his experience as a physical therapist and expert massage technique to help with any pain points.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
