From the reviews

I could tell within the first 5 minutes of my massage with Drea how experienced she was. I felt completely comfortable, at ease, knew I was in good hands, and relaxed. She blows every massage I've ever had out of the water and beyond.

★★★★★ — Noelle, May 2026

I recently had a 60-minute upper body massage with Petra and it was simply the best massage I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, exactly what you need when you’re carrying tension in your shoulders and neck.

★★★★★ — Lookat, Mar 2026

I based my practice at Rooted for 2 1/2 years and can't say enough good things about the space itself and working with Sarah. It was a joy to be a part of the community, the rooms are very well kept and stylish, and clients always complimented how warm and welcoming it felt in there.

★★★★★ — Common, May 2026

I had an amazing experience with my massage therapist Taylor. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she truly has one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. She listens, cares, and creates an atmosphere that feels safe, relaxing, and healing. I always leave feeling refreshed, restored, and grateful.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
