From the reviews
I have attended 3 different yoga classes so far at Blue Buddha and have enjoyed my experience greatly! The instructors are kind and welcoming. Check out their website for introductory deals or special events, there are some hidden gems. My first class was a Full Moon session and that got me hooked!
I've been going to Blue Buddha for almost 15 years and Kate Freese is the absolute best. She doesn't just run through the motions, but actually feels where you need it the most and targets those areas. Equally adept with hands and feet, I would highly recommend her and her amazing spa.
I always leave feeling so much better and more relaxed. Blue Buddha has been my go to for years, the atmosphere is calming and all is the staff are friendly and caring. I will always remember Matt, he was so kind and caring and was one of the best.
Great services available, friendly staff, and talented therapists! Such a relaxing and beautiful environment!! 🩷
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
