From the reviews
Suffer from sinus and headache problems. Felt immediate relief during Gua sha session. Even bought my own stone for practice at home. Also received a needed platinum microdermabrasion. My skin really needed it after winter dryness. We are so lucky to have such talented services in Waverly. Love your new spa.
An all around wonderful experience with Bre! Cannot recommend enough!
Combine amazing self care/wellness and supporting an amazing local business owner(s) and there is NO WAY you'll walk out of Bloom feeling disappointed! I started with a signature massage and heard about all of the other amazing services available! I can't wait for my next appointment!
Jodi is absolutely amazing!!!! Hands down best massage I have ever had. I experience alot of neck and shoulder pain and she truly eases it. I leave feeling absolutely relaxed! She listened to exactly what I wanted and followed through to a T. Definitely recommend!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
