Absolutely Outstanding Massage Experience with Mia! I had the pleasure of receiving a massage at Fossil Creek Massage, and I have to say Mia is incredible! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Mia was attentive, professional, and truly gifted at what she does.
Will absolutely be back Honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My partner and I did a couples massage; he had Pam and I had Julie. He usually doesn’t like massages because being a bigger guy it’s hard to find therapists that can apply enough pressure, but he was very impressed with Pam.
Loved our couples massage! Julie and Jenni did a phenomenal job! The environment was so relaxing and the establishment was clean and welcoming. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. We called to inform them we would be 10 min late due to traffic and they happily pushed the appointment for us.
What a great massage! I had a severe stitch in my middle upper back and it’s gone. Mia has fantastic technique, I was so relaxed after I could barely think or walk lol. They were very nice to let me add 30 minutes! I had to, it was too good. I would strongly recommend 90 minutes. I will definitely return😊
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
