Jordenne is great at what she does!! I really appreciate how intentional she is with the whole process from the consult to her follow up. I’ve never had a massage therapist that has taken the time to really listen and hear how my body is feeling before the treatment, as well as after.

I had a Swedish massage yesterday with Jordenne, and it was such a great experience. She was professional, calming, and really attentive to the areas where I was holding tension. The atmosphere was warm and comforting, which made it easy to unwind. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and so much better overall.

I had been looking for a massage therapist for quite some time and came across Jordenne online. I’m so happy I did because she is absolutely amazing! Her calm demeanor makes you feel relaxed and I swear her hands are magical. She takes time to ask questions and she listens to what you say.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
