From the reviews
I’ve had a lot of issues with my back and personal injuries and have never had someone actually care about what they do for me in terms of therapeutic care. Jessica is amazing and most definitely has a gift. She’s so attentive, she’s great.
I've been working with several practitioners, primarily Sarah, on and off for about a year. The facility itself is calming and the staff are always thoughtful and personable. I always feel incredible after a session and I recommend it to all of my friends.
5 stars for jessica i love her she knows exactly what she’s doing i will keep coming back to her and only jessica!!! please you won’t be disappointed her hands are angelic, and the session is top tier! she makes sure you’re leaving well worked on
I've been seeing Sarah off and on for the past 5 months. She is amazing!! This place is close to home and the staff is great.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
