From the reviews
Mia absolutely rocked my world. I pinched a nerve in my upper back and was completely locked up and couldn’t turn my head at all. She did an hour on me and I told her about what happened and she completely understood and really focused the majority of our time on that part, which is what I needed.
I had a phenomenal first experience here. The one hour foot massage was the best I’ve had in New York, and the chair massage included with the grand opening promo left me anxiously awaiting my return for a full body massage.
I went here on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. I did a 90 minute massage and they were so thorough. They did some stretching which I loved and also worked on my feet. The masseuse really knew what she was doing and worked specific knots and trigger points. You can’t beat the price.
I woke up with a crook in my neck and had been struggling with pain in my left leg all week. I booked last minute, and I’m so glad I did. If you’re looking for an intense, deep-tissue massage that truly works your body, Michelle at 660 Spa is the person to see.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
