From the reviews

hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment you walk in, everything feels professional, calm, and intentional. You can tell they actually care about what they’re doing not just running people through like a factory. The massage itself was exactly what I needed.

★★★★★ — Anna, Apr 2026

I had such a fantastic experience with Jennifer! Her pressure was absolutely perfect — firm and therapeutic — and she provided incredible relief for my pain and tension. The room itself is beautiful and calming, which really enhanced the entire experience. Overall, one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

Amazing massage & experience! Jen was firm, knew exactly the spots to work the most and made me feel so comfortable. The room was beautiful and everything from the online booking to the in office experience was 5 stars +! Definitely will be returning soon!

★★★★★ — Nicole, Aug 2025

Just had my first appointment with Jen and wow do yourself a favor and go for the 90 minutes! She listened to where my pain points were and did a focused massage to help get the knots out of my neck and back! I can't wait for my next appointment!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
