From the reviews

I’ve been to countless chiropractors in my life, truly. Dr. Nick Boris has been the best chiropractor I’ve ever had, hands down. His passion for the field and his love for helping people is unmatched.

Love this place!! Nick Boris is amazing! He is very knowledgeable in the body. He has helped me so much with the pressure in my neck area with dry needling and cupping. My son has started going to him. Dry needling and teaching my son proper stretches helped heal an old injury! Can’t brag about him enough!

★★★★★ — Laura, Oct 2024

Dr Boris has been incredibly helpful in helping relieve my neck and back pain. He does not try to sell you a “plan” that requires you to commit to a bunch of expensive sessions. He gets down to the root of the problem and instantly helps. He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He also makes the session fun.

Absolutely reccomend Dr.Boris. He and Dr.Tonymon are knowledgeable, welcoming and eager to help! I've been a patient of Dr.Boris for almost two and a half years.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
