“They don’t just put you through the motions — they explain the why behind everything, making it a real learning experience as much as it is training and therapy.”
“Whether I’m receiving trigger point injections from Nurse Annie, ECS treatment, or PT from rehab specialists Gaston, Isaac, or Becca, I always feel genuinely at ease both mentally and physically.”

From the reviews
Balanced Flow Wellness is the best for anything body related. The staff is beyond incredible, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I've continued to go back to Balanced Flow Wellness for all my different body ailments, ranging from a hip issue to a tight back from working out.
Balanced Flow Wellness has been an absolute game-changer for me. As someone who trains seriously for strongman — with a brutal weekly regimen of heavy lifting, conditioning, and competition prep — I was looking for a way to push performance further while also improving recovery and long-term health.
This is LONG overdue....I fell down some stairs this past spring and after confirming a few days later I broke a rib in the fall and sprained my lower left back. I was in excruciating pain to the point of barely being able to walk normally and any slight wrong movement would put me in tears.
I was having lower back pain for years that it sometimes woke me up at the middle of night. When I first visited Balanced Flow for consultation, Dr. Nolan Lee was very patient and professional that I immediately knew I can trust them to help me. Dr.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
