From the reviews

As a LMT I can be picky when it comes to massage. I was so happy to find Jesse, he is a professional, talented, & intuitive massage therapist. I felt very comfortable the entire time. I feel like he really relaxed my stressed out body & loosened up my neck & shoulders.

★★★★★ — Natalie, Nov 2024

Jesse provided an excellent massage that was tailored to my needs. He book-ended it with a discussion of his approach and why I wanted a massage on the front end and a discussion of my reactions to the massage and next steps on the back end.

★★★★★ — David, Aug 2023

Jesse is an awesome massage therapist. He came highly recommended to me and my session with him was a gift from a family member. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jesse. He's a polite communicator and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to bodywork.

★★★★★ — Sasha, Oct 2021

I had a great experience with Jesse. I was passing through Flagstaff for an ultra mountain bike race in the area and was having pain in my shoulder / neck days before the race and he did a great job listening to me describe the pain and then thoroughly explaining the course of treatment he thought would help.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
