From the reviews
Christina is amazing! I recently had major surgery and have been suffering from severe tension headaches and neck spasms since. After only two treatments from Christina, I feel substantial pain relief and have regained a lot of mobility in my neck.
For many years, I've been struggling with hormonal imbalances that cost me the removal of my left ovary and a small part of the right one, all along with mood swings, extremely heavy and painful periods and inexplicable gain weight.
I've only been seeing Christina for a little over a month and in that time ailments that I have grown used to having for so long have improved significantly. Including but not limited to carpal tunnel, a bartholin cyst, wildly irregular bowel movements and plantar faciitis to name a few.
I damaged a nerve in my neck while working out and the pain was unlike anything I have ever experienced before. I wasn’t getting no more than 2hrs of sleep for 3 days until my brother suggested to go see Christina. Reluctantly I went because the prescription I got from urgent care wasn’t helping.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
