My therapist is great at her job. but I noticed its hard to get a call back very soon or at all.
Great massage feel like a million bucks afterward every time Bethany is the best!
Bethany Kennedy LMT is one of the most special people I have ever known. She has a true gift, in making clients feel safe, loved and welcome. She listens and responds with a massage that will soothe any ailment or mental cloud.
What is there not to love about this place! I’ve been routinely seeing Jess now for about a year and have always felt truly taken care of - Jess is a true gem of a woman and I look forward to seeing her for years to come! Thanks for always working out this crunchy back of mine :)
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
