We achieve this by using advanced therapeutic exercise combined with manual interventions like dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, sports cupping, and…” source →

From the reviews

Celina is a straight up wizard. I came in with severe neck/back pain and weakness in my tricep from a cervical herniated disc. For the first couple weeks my only source of relief were my sessions with Celina. She really works to figure out what’s happening to you personally and throws everything at it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Annaleise Lake Stelzner! I had a back injury seven months prior to surgery. I foolishly endured extreme sciatica, hoping chiropractic care would resolve the 9/10 level pain. A month after back surgery, I started PT With Dr. Annaleise at ASCENT Therapy Clinic.

★★★★★ — Pam, May 2026

I have seen Dr. Annaleise for 2 different procedures. The first was for arthritis in my wrists. This was treated with dry needling. For the past 4 months I have been pain free and I have regained my strength. The second condition was for a back muscle that had stayed tense for over 1 month.

I had a fantastic experience at Ascent Therapy Clinic with Dr. Celina Wildemann. After months of dealing with swelling and pain in my left knee/leg that was affecting my everyday activities, I was referred here by my doctor. During our very first session, Celina was able to pinpoint the source of my pain- the IT band.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
