From the reviews

I had a fantastic session with Maggy and can’t recommend her enough. Her years of experience are evident in the way she seamlessly blends technical precision with a deeply relaxing touch. She intuitively understood what my body needed and created a session that was both therapeutic and restorative.

Wonderful massage. Pros: *lovely massage room *heated table if desired *Maggy is very receptive to working on your problem areas *She uses other bodywork tools such as cupping if client requests *She uses moderate/deep pressure and my problem areas felt much better after the massage.

Maggy is AMAZING. I’ve gotten lots of massages before and I am very picky on providers and I must say, she is the best of the best. I always leave feeling so much relief. I love that she uses cupping and gua sha when needed as well.

★★★★★ — Jordan, May 2025

Maggy is the most intuitive masseuse I've had the pleasure to meet. She has a deep understanding of muscles and can pinpoint my aches and pains with precision. As a runner, I have many areas that need attention, and Maggy's thorough and responsive approach has been invaluable.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
