Today was my 3rd visit with Dr. Cress. I was an athlete from 5 to 30 years old. I broke my foot in 2019 and then covid hit so I finally was able to rest my body. In this rest my body finally stopped actively hurting and was replaced by a dull ache.
I'm a hairdresser that stays on her feet all day. I've been having neck pain And feet pain for a long time. I started to get a knot in my neck so I thought I would look for a chiropractor. After reading Yelp and Google and reviews and Dr Cress came highly recommended. After couple visits my neck pain is a lot better.

Dr. Cress is an incredible capable and incredibly kind physical therapist. He cares deeply about all his patients. I came to him with a lot of shoulder and arm pain and he quickly tried many different therapies to find the appropriate one that would work for me.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
