My husband and I did a couple’s massage. It was the best massage I have had in years! The massage table has a couple of removable pads that reveal two holes for us ladies with a larger chest to be able to lie down more comfortably instead of squishing everything.
Good spot for a deep tissue massage. I had bad neck pain for several months and left here feeling great! The massage therapist was late but, the front desk made sure to let me know and I still received my full time booked for my massage. The prices for quality of massage is spot on! I will definitely be returning here!
First time I came here was at 40 weeks pregnant and April provided a 1-hour labor prep massage. It was a unique experience of targeting pressure points in the body which in less than 48 hours led to our healthy and safe delivery of our baby. Forever grateful!
Went for a couples massage and really enjoyed it. The touches of the rose petals and sparkling grape juice just set off the experience! Would highly recommend!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
