From the reviews

I started going here about a year ago and it has been a wonderful experience from the beginning to now. Zac and Katie are both awesome acupuncturists. They listen to what's going on in your life and with your health and begin a regimen that is suited to you and your needs.

I love this place. I came for shoulder pain, major anxiety, and needed liver support. Zach is an incredible practitioner. He listens closely and has helped me immensely with pain, tension, anxiety, and my general well being. After only a few weeks my body and mind improved significantly.

★★★★★ — Grace, Jul 2024

Zach changed my health FOR THE BETTER! I started seeing him regularly for nervous system regulation/anxiety, but as we started working together, he helped inform me about bioidentical hormones -- which I then began - and that alone changed my life! I feel so much better and more balanced.

★★★★★ — Kat, Oct 2025

I came in for my first appointment a few months ago very openly saying I didn’t know if I believed acupuncture would really work to make someone feel better. Every time I walk into the office, I walk out a much happier person. Dr. Zach is a wonderful listener who puts the patient at ease.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
