What clients say about the cupping here
“She was professional and easy to work with, and went above and beyond even writing down a few notes to send home with me.”
“She took the time to explain what she would be doing and what to expect prior to beginning the energy work, so I felt I understood the process and didn't feel any uncertainty throughout.”
“I was originally going to just feel relaxed but I came out realizing how much work I need to heal and recognize emotions as they come to better my holistic health.”
From the reviews
Highly recommended! Clean place, smell good and the service was amazing thank you guys definitely coming back when I have the chance! Anyone reading this: you deserve a massage, get one don’t think twice! :)!
I have a 2x per month membership here and love it. I get the Swedish massage by Crystal and I would highly recommend.
Just had a wonderful 75 min zen massage with Emily. She has a relaxing yet targeted and effective touch (I recommend and will also be booking another massage with her specifically). Their prices are incredibly reasonable (and if you sign up for their emails, you are notified of specials).
Got the Shamanic Healing session with Autumn. It was my fist time doing any kind of energy-related healing and I felt so much relief emotionally. At some points I started tearing up and needed a tissue because my nose started running.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
