From the reviews
I had the most relaxing experience with Hannah! She is very attentive and intuitive. I received a massage and cupping and left feeling brand new!
…I loved the added touches like the stretches, cupping and warm/heated lotion/towels. Hannah is very good at what at what she does. Ask about the breathing class! That will likely be the next thing I attend.
I came in with lower back, hip, and hamstring tightness. Hannah did an amazing job relieving it and giving me rehab/stretching to do at home to prevent the tightness from returning. Couldn’t recommend her enough!!! We had a wonderful conversation during my appointment, truly an awesome experience!🤍
Hannah has forever altered the course of my life. When I came to her, I was struggling with ankle, leg, hip, and lower back pain. Working with Hannah over time has significantly contributed to a new, healthier version of myself and I am forever grateful!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
