Amazing relief from a pulled back muscle!!! Great atmosphere, relaxation & relief with acupuncture. I would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have suffered from severe shoulder pain since 2021. I have seeked relief from massage therapist ,chiropractor and pt. Was told my next alternative method would be shots. My thoughts with shots would only last so long . I was always apprehensive to acupuncture , thought they might hit the wrong nerve.
I don't very often take the time to post a review, but John Hebert literally turned my life around. After suffering intense headaches for 6 months, with no release through western medicine, I made the decision to try acupuncture. Following a few sessions, I was able to start regaining control of my life.
It’s literally mind blowing how much this helps. John is amazing. He listens and is so understanding. I was always so skeptical and now I’m a firm believer.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
