My happy place when I lived in Santa Monica! Throughout my pregnancy, Tessa performed the most relaxing and rejuvenating massage ever. My skin stayed glowing and she was so knowledgeable. I haven’t been able to find someone like her since!!! 1000/10 recommend <3

I had an amazing spa experience with Amy! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. She has such a great touch and was so personable! She found all my trigger points and worked them out with just the right amount of pressure.
I asked Rachel to give me extreme deep pressure… the kind you have to breath through… she did not disappoint. Thank you Rachel, you were amazing!! I wish it was 60 min or 90 min at the prices but maybe it’s because I’m coming from NY. Side note to ownership, the AC is blasting. Too cold!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
