From the reviews

Love the message I got from Asia, my back was killing me from a motorcycle accident, I had a deep tissue massage, hot stone and also did the cupping and I came out like a brand new person, recommend it 100% Best experience I've had in a very long time, can't wait to be back. Very nice soothing experience.

Amazing first time experience. Had a thorough intro, the dim lighting sets the ambiance. I was asked if I wanted an area mainly focused on during my massage and it was nothing short of amazing! My masseuse did an amazing job! Her energy and presence made it easy to relax and connect.

My experience with Asia Oates was amazing and I highly recommend her! She’s very good with deep tissue and listens to detail, the relaxation was well needed and I will be returning!

One of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had by Lena. Professional, calming, and incredibly effective. I walked out feeling renewed and peaceful. Will definitely be back.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
