From the reviews

I’ve been going to Aether Wellness forever, and I’ll literally never go anywhere else! Mo is absolutely incredible. Each appointment starts with a quick chat about goals and any problem areas. During the massage they check in every now and then to be sure the pressure feels right and adjust as needed.

★★★★★ — Alyssa, Sep 2025

Have followed Alyssa since taking her yoga classes at MBP years ago! I’ve had upper body and TMJ massage from both Alyssa and Mo and cannot sing their praises enough. Alyssa is a wizard with her hands and focused a lot of energy on my jaw, providing such great relief.

★★★★★ — Rachel, Jul 2025

Mo was amazing! Mo made sure to focus on a few key areas that I highlighted at the beginning as I’m in the process of training for a race. My legs and back felt amazing the next day. The cupping therapy is awesome! I’ve been to Aether Wellness multiple times and have had the best experience each time.

★★★★★ — Jaren, Sep 2025

I was impressed by every element of my visit to Aether Wellness, and I left feeling better both mentally and physically. I'll definitely be back! Alyssa took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the massage specifically to what my body needed.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
