From the reviews
I have been too Advanced Rehab twice. A knee replacement the 1st time, and Dan and the team had me ready too climb into a combine for harvest now lower back pain, and I already feel progress. Best friendly place ever!
Attended a continuing education class here this weekend. The facility was spacious, easy to access and well equipped. The host/ staff were all very friendly and helpful. Most of all I am very thankful that they we’re willing to bring high quality Continuing Ed to the area!
Dan & staff are great! In just a few weeks the movement in my arm has gotten so much better & the pain has lessened. I am so grateful for Advanced Rehab!!
Right from day 1 Dan and his team worked with me at the pace I wanted and needed. Friendly knowledgeable and supportive! Love working with them!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
