“I had an old work injury, was told by Rehab and Workman’s Comp I was at Maximum Medical Recovery.”
From the reviews
Tiffany has changed my life. I had an old work injury, was told by Rehab and Workman’s Comp I was at Maximum Medical Recovery. When I came to her my shoulder was frozen. Tiffany’s myofacial massage has me in full range of motion after working with her multiple times.
The best massage therapist I have ever had in Princeton. (I have visited four massage places in Princeton after my long term MT moved out of state several years ago). Highly recommended! This is truly a professional therapeutic massage, you won't be disappointed.
Tiffany was great! Though it was very last second she was able to get my husband in after he locked up his back. She treated him and when he got ready to leave he again tweaked his back and she was able to fix it while he was standing. She gave him some suggested exercises to follow and he is doing much better.
As someone with severe scoliosis, Tiffany is my girl. She helps alleviate my arthritis and helped tremendously during my pregnancy. Can't say enough good about her.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
