From the reviews
Dr. T has been able to quickly diagnose and treat every problem I’ve come to him with. He’s helped me recover from a broken arm, multiple back and hip issues, knee pain, and shoulder pain. In addition to providing ART, he always explains the root cause of the problem so I get a deeper understanding of what is going on.
Dr. Ryu is amazing! I was referred by a friend to see Dr. Lee but he wasn't available during the times I wanted to see him, so I made an appointment with Dr. Ryu. His ART therapy helped me tremendously with plantar fasciitis.
Saw Dr. Lee and (mainly) Dr. Turnipseed for a wreck-induced neck issue. These guys are the real deal, and there’s no nonsense that a lot of traditional chiro practices come with. With their help, my neck cleared up fairly quickly. Currently seeing Dr.
Dr. Turnipseed has helped me reclaim my health. Over the past year he has helped guide me to release low back pain, understand why my hip hurts and has given me effective exercises or stretches for preventative care.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
