From the reviews

Eilese is amazing. She uses a variety of approaches to reduce pain, inflammation, and achieve better balance in the body. She's used lymph massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, stretching, and cupping in our sessions and the results are fantastic.

★★★★★ — L, Apr 2026

Eilese is wonderful and has the kindest disposition! Clearly talented and well versed in anatomy and techniques — I was so impressed with her ability to pinpoint very specific areas to relieve that particular tension and pain.

★★★★★ — Sophia, Mar 2026

Eilese is absolutely amazing! From the moment the session starts, she makes you feel comfortable, listened to, and truly cared for. Her technique is incredible—she knows exactly how to work out tension while still making the massage deeply relaxing.

★★★★★ — Kim, Dec 2025

Eilese is great! If you go in not knowing what you need she will adjust her techniques to get you where you need to be. She’s extremely personable and will make you feel very comfortable throughout you whole session! Would definitely recommend!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
