From the reviews

I have seen Dr. Daigle for about 3 years for lower back pain and knots in the side of my upper legs. In my case it is not a physical problem but more so a lack of muscular strength. I am close to 80 years old and walk a mile 3 or 4 times a week. I am not good at disciplining myself to do regular exercises.

Dr. Geoff Daigle has been a lifesaver!! I had a soft tissue injury and was in so much pain I was unable to wear my prosthesis. I called him in desperation and with one session, I started having relief. Dr. Daigle is knowledgeable on all the latest technology (ie. dry needling, cupping, etc.) and knows how to use it.

★★★★★ — Susan, Feb 2026

I sought Dr. Daigle’s help for vertigo. He did a thorough assessment and was able to determine the area in my ear causing the issue was not the typical area. He prescribed exercises with precise instructions. By the second day I was having relief.

★★★★★ — Becky, Feb 2022

Dr. Daigle is incredible. Not only does he keep himself well educated he makes sure you know exactly what he is doing and why. It’s rare to find a therapist that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
