We scored every US city of 50,000+ with at least 3 cupping providers on two things that actually matter when you live there: how many providers you have per 100k residents, and how good those providers are (median Google rating across the city's providers). The ranking

Parker, Colorado is the best city in America for cupping — 16 providers for 65k people (24.4 per 100k) with a median rating of 5★, edging out Diamond Bar, California (22.9 per 100k at 5★). Methodology: provider counts and Google ratings from our continuously maintained national directory (14,489 cupping providers, 1,424,461 customer reviews; only genuine cupping providers with real evidence they offer cupping). Eligibility: city population ≥ 50,000 (US Census 2024 estimates) and ≥ 3 providers. Score = (providers ÷ population × 100,000) × median Google rating of the city's providers. Cities are rolled up by the city name each provider lists on its address, so suburbs score separately from their metro anchor.
