From the reviews

I 100% recommend the Zoi team, especially Victoria. She’s been a God send on my health and healing journey. I arrived at Zoi 2 years ago after two pregnancy losses. My hormones were all over the place and I was struggling with my grief and mental health.

★★★★★ — Gladys, Sep 2025

I went to Zoi after experiencing GI issues (bloating, constipation, soreness in the stomach, and burping) for 10 days. I felt good right after stepping into this clinic. The aroma of essential oils, soft lighting, and a warm receptionist created a sense of healing right away.

★★★★★ — Sari, Dec 2025

Great TCM & Acupuncture practice. I have been going to Zoi for over 6 months now and have seen significant improvements in my overall health particularly with my hormones. I was dealing with hot flashes and low fertility and have seen a major improvement in both.

★★★★★ — L, Mar 2026

Victoria Rosales is truly phenomenal. She took the time to listen, understand my nervous system, fibromyalgia, and how PTSD is stored in my body. Feeling seen, understood, and treated as a whole person was incredibly liberating.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
